Telfair is Moka’s future city centre. This mixed-use neighbourhood is a 24/7 destination with squares, lively pedestrian streets, restaurants, bars and shops, and crossed by La Promenade.
At the heart of this dynamic ecosystem, there are ground-floor shopping galleries and easy walking interconnection between buildings. Four of them will be built by Oficea, with 3,000m² of retail space available for sale from November 2021.
These four buildings developed by Oficea will accommodate over 3,500 employees. The land sold in the area will ultimately attract more than 7,500 of them by 2023, bringing numerous potential customers for the surrounding shops.
