In recent years, ENL Property has put up for sale a number of strategically located agricultural morcellements in La Laura, L’Avenir and Quartier Militaire, among others. These lands are located in a fertile region with a suitable climate and have appreciated on average by 7% annually.

Financial markets are facing greater volatility and food security has become a prominent issue, especially with the COVID-19 crisis. Land therefore remains a safe investment and its value will continue to increase over time.
