A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Johan Pilot joined ENL Property in August 2007. Driven by his vision to be a trend-setter in terms of sustainable urban development in Mauritius, he shifted roles from Finance Manager to Development Manager before being entrusted with the position of CEO in 2015.

Trained in finance and management at Paris ESLSCA Business School, Dominic has extensive senior management experience. He has driven the dealership of some of the world’s largest automotive brands in Mauritius prior to spending the past decade growing his career in the higher end of the country’s property development scene.

At the helm of a team of 20+ experts and professionals across various fields, Samuel de Gersigny is currently in charge of the development of Moka Smart City. He oversees all aspects of the project, including master planning, city governance as well as operations and legal frameworks of this urban ecosystem in the making, in the heart of Mauritius.

Hubert holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from IAE Poitiers, France. Having joined the company in 2015, he previously served as the finance manager for ENL Property and Oficea before being appointed as Head of Finance in 2024. Currently leading the finance team overseeing all brands under ENL Property, Hubert brings a dynamic and youthful perspective to our team, contributing significantly to our financial success.

Rajen Moonoosamy holds an LLB degree from University College London and is registered with the Council of Engineers. He has worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years. Rajen joined ENL Property in August 2006. He presently heads the Development Managers team and drives projects to meet higher standards of sustainability and innovation.

Didier Audibert holds a master’s degree in Business & Managerial Economics from the University of Montpellier. He joined ENL Property in 2008 and supervised the development of our real estate portfolio. In early 2024, he was appointed as the Development Manager as part of a collaboration between ENL Property and Semaris.

Holder of an MBA from Université Paris-Sorbonne, Christophe Desvaux de Marigny joined ENL Property in 2012. As our head of assets, he oversees the general management of ENL Property’s yielding assets, mainly owned by Oficea. His duties include operations and facilities management, leasing and sales, general administration and recruitment, tenant coordination, as well as accounting and financial management.

Jean-Marc Oodian has been a part of the ENL group since April 1995, starting his journey at Mon Désert-Alma. With a wealth of experience, he joined Espral, ENL group’s very first instrument for land management and development, in January 2005. Jean-Marc currently oversees the Land Management department. His expertise in land surveying and management plays a crucial role in our property development projects.

Olivier de Spéville graduated from the École Supérieure de Gestion (ESG Paris) with a specialisation in financial management. He joined the ENL Property development team in 2016. He is involved in various property projects, including residential developments in the Moka and Gros Bois regions.

Holder of an MBA from IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School, Vincent Lagesse joined the ENL group in August 2012 as Business Development Manager at Versatech and then as Sales & Marketing Manager at Indoor & Outdoor Living. In September 2018, he transitioned to ENL Property, where he is currently in charge of the development of the Savannah Smart Village.

Mikaël Le Luron holds a master’s degree in International Management. He started his career with the leading communication groups, Havas and TBWA in Paris before joining the Beachcomber group in Mauritius, where he was head of marketing and e-business for 13 years. He took employment with ENL Property in 2016. He is in charge of strategy and leads the marketing and communication teams.

Sebastien de Robillard holds an MBA from IAE Paris-Sorbonne Business School & Université Paris-Dauphine. He joined ENL Property in 2008, where he was involved in the sale of La Balise Marina, a high-end IRS development for the international market. In March 2020, he became Head of Sales and now heads the sales team for all of ENL Property’s residential and commercial projects.

After several years at Enstyle, an ENL Group subsidiary, Sneid Ramasawmy moved to ENL Property in 2016. With a diverse educational background, Sneid holds a BSc Hons in Computing and Information Technology, an MSc in Artificial Intelligence, and an MSc in Finance and Management Services. His expertise in technology, artificial intelligence and finance enables him to drive technological innovation within the company and support its strategic initiatives.

After his tenure at Sygeco, an ENL Group subsidiary, Regis Maubernard became a member of ENL Property in 2020. Regis oversees the legal framework as well as the operations of Moka Smart City. With over a decade of experience in property management, including notable stints at FONCIA and CITYA, he possesses a strong background in syndic management and brings to us valuable legal and technical expertise. Regis holds a Master’s in Economic Science from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne, and is currently pursuing an MBA from IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School.

Gaëlle Mousseron holds a master’s degree in employment law and is in charge of all human resources practices at ENL Property. She oversees career management, including recruitment and staff training.
