The Site Officer is responsible for the operational monitoring of real estate sites under the supervision of the Portfolio Manager. They ensure the coordination of service providers, site monitoring, and the proper execution of maintenance, security, and cleanliness services. They play a key role in daily technical supervision and maintaining close relationships with residents and service providers.
Conduct site visits with the association’s architect.
Verify compliance of constructions with plans, specifications, and architectural guidelines.
Report any non-compliance within the given deadlines.
Supervise the maintenance of common area equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of technical complaints.
Implement an incident tracking and escalation system.
Actively participate in the management of daily operations (cleaning, security, gardening, etc.).
Ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule approved by the Portfolio Manager.
Conduct regular inspections and propose corrective actions.
Manage technical tenders in coordination with the Portfolio Manager.
Oversee contractual compliance of service providers (deadlines, quality, renewals).
Coordinate security officers, technicians, and cleaning teams.
Monitor work quality, punctuality, and adherence to schedules.
Contribute to the preparation of clear and comprehensive reports.
Ensure that service providers and stakeholders comply with specifications and current regulations.
Act as a local relay for technical and urban planning directives.
Technical training (construction, maintenance, site management, or equivalent).
4 years of experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Knowledge of maintenance processes, site monitoring, and service provider management.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and with a positive mindset.
Ability to work independently while reporting effectively.
Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and a strong sense of customer service.
Team player with a positive attitude towards client relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
Proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license.
