As part of the opening of our new buildings in Telfair, the vibrant city centre of Moka Smart City, Oficea is recruiting two host/ hostess to welcome, guide clients and participate in organizing an exciting six-month competition.

The Host/Hostess is responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for clients through various mission, including welcome and guide clients, onboard clients via the application, conduct street marketing in Telfair, provide information about the lucky draw, and maintain regular contact with retailers throughout the operation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Street Marketing in Telfair:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding the ongoing competition.
  • Engage with the public in Telfair to promote its services.
  • Hand out brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to raise awareness and attract potential clients.
  • Represent the co-working space at local events and activities to increase visibility and community engagement.
  • Take care of the visitors :
  • Listening and answering the guests’ questions about the buildings, its various events, shops and facilities available.
  • Hearing any complaints and efficiently work to resolve the issue.
  • Reply to queries about leasing procedures and people showing interest for exhibition.
  1. Client Onboarding via Application
  • Manage the six-month competition, ensuring smooth operations and participant engagement.
  • Be physically present at the “information point” to assist clients with competition-related inquiries.
  • Promote the competition throughout the promenade and encourage participation.
  • Inform clients about the details of the lucky draw, including participation criteria, prizes, and draw dates.
  • Address any questions or concerns clients may have regarding the lucky draw to ensure clear communication and understanding.
  • Register and manage competition tickets and entries.
  • Assist clients in understanding and using the application, ensuring they can navigate its features effectively.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for any issues clients may encounter while using the application.
  1. Retailer Contact Management:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with retailers involved in the operation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide retailers with the necessary information and support to ensure their participation is effective and beneficial.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and retailers.
  • A friendly and approachable attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles and experience in promotional activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Comfortable using applications and technology to assist clients.
  • Capable of addressing and resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
