ENL Property Limited is hiring a dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Oficea Administration Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and assist in the coordination of general clerical and administrative functions, including filing, copying, scanning and the drafting of any documentation pertaining to the day-to day contractual and administrative matters of the leasing Administration Department.
- Assisting with special projects when needed.
- Maintain and update filing systems and database.
- Assist in processing lease applications, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed by both parties.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing lease agreements, renewals, and other leasing documents. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and filed properly.
- Assist in the process of lease renewal or termination.
- Respond to queries from tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, as and when required.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and assist in implementing any necessary adjustments to leasing practices.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Work to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Adhoc admin duties as may be required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
- BA (Hons) Law with Management/ BSc (Hons) Management or any equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French.
- Well organised, proactive, attention to details and can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work proactively under minimal supervision
- Good team player with a positive customer relation attitude.
