1999

 Incorporation of Espral to oversee all property activities of the ENL group

2005

Launch of phase 1 of the Gentilly morcellement

2006

  • The Bagatelle residential estate started to take shape
  • Launch of phase 1 of the Gros Bois morcellement

2007

  • Establishment of ENL Property
  • Public consultation for the development of La Balise Marina

2008

Partnership with Atterbury to create a shopping mall in Mauritius

2009

  • Launch of infrastructure work at La Balise Marina
  • Handing over of the first villas at Heritage Villas Valriche

2010

Delivery of the first units at Les Allées d’Helvétia

2011

  • Opening of Bagatelle Mall
  • Inauguration of Synergy Sport & Wellness Institute
  • 1827 was the second building to be completed at Vivéa Business Park
  • Inauguration of Les Allées shopping centre

2012

  • Opening of Voilà Bagatelle
  • Construction was completed at ENL House and the ENL Property teams moved in
  • Kendra, a new shopping centre opened in Saint Pierre

2013

  • Delivery of the first units at La Balise Marina
  • First edition of the Moka Trail
  • Bagatelle Office Park welcomed its first tenants

2014

  • Delivery of Bagatelle Les Résidences
  • Bagatelle Motor City expanded the automotive services available in the region

2015

  • Johan Pilot was appointed CEO of ENL Property
  • Moka Rangers Sports Club was established
  • The first owners took possession of their apartments at L’Estuaire

2016

Moka received its Smart City Certificate

2017

  • Launch of the smart city’s first residential development, Les Promenades d’Helvétia
  • Les Rives de Courchamps, a residential development for young people under 40 became reality

2018

  • The Mokam’wad collective started its activities
  • Delivery of the PWC green building
  • The Telfair Amphitheatre opened to the public

2019

  • Creation of Oficea, the umbrella brand for our office property portfolio
  • The first section of the Promenade opened to the public
  • Marketing of Les Versants de Courchamps, the second morcellement in the Courchamps neighbourhood, Moka

2020

  • Delivery of the first blocks at Les Promenades d’Helvétia and launch of new residential properties
  • Launch of L’Avenir, a new mixed-use (residential and commercial) neighbourhood in Moka

2021

  • Commencement of work at Telfair, the future city centre of Moka
  • Expansion of Vivéa Business Park
  • Launch of a new property development in Gros Bois, Les Jardins de Gros Bois
  • Opening of La Place de Gros Bois
  • Work underway for the opening of the Savannah International School in Gros Bois
